ABOUT US

We are an academic institute that provides non- profit activities, which aims at promoting young scholars, in particular academicians from MENA region, and make their academic work available to academic instances in general, but in particular the politicy and decision-making institutions of EU countries.

OUR AIMS

  • SISSAR aims at initiating and supporting academic research and strategic studies to follow up and register the diagram of development tendency also to point directions and axes of current and coming change process.

  • Above the pure academic aspects, the mission of SISSAR initiatives also includes quest of pointing frameworks for the existing and coming changes also to make risk calculations, create missions and formulate recommendations.

  • SISSAR activities and publications should form a theoretical reference to the social engineering processes and strategies as well as risk management and risk mitigation plans created by concerned institutions and decision-making authorities.

  • The involvement of domestic scholars from MENA region in research related to this region problems should be fundamental, and they should be given more space to express their points of view. Academicians from MENA region, especially the young generation, can have a better understanding of the background of the existing crises in their own countries. Research delivered by young scholars from MENA region can bring other facts to the surface, which non- domestic scholar might not notice or be aware of.

  • SISSAR aims also at organizing periodical academic conferences to bring scholar from different part of the world together, to focus on and discus common topics and present opinions through academic research and strategic studies.

  • All activity plans, research, and academic works accessible for public uses in our website. Additionally, the Institute plans to publish a printed annual or bi-annual academic magazine in which most relevant academic research and results of conferences implemented by SISSAR will be published.

  • SISSAR believes that through such activities, it will pave the way for the establishment of a network to connect and integrate scholars from all over the world, but especially young academicians, under the umbrella of one platform. This will enhance and enrich the academic research and strategic studies. It also can bring them to a new level of understanding of world problematic and prospective of solutions. The platform will emphasis on bringing the scientific achievement of scholar from MENA region closer to the western scientific world in general, but the EU one in particular.

OUR MISSION

The main objective of the center is interest in scientific research and various scientific activities, such as publishing research, printing books, organizing conferences, seminars, and joint workshops. The center was established in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden on 10/05/2020, by a group of independent researchers who believe in working hard to spread science.

OUR VISION

SISSAR aims to promote young scholars from the MENA region by providing non-profit activities. We ensure their academic work reaches global academic communities and specifically target policy and decision-making institutions in EU countries.
